I logged in my YELP account to write a review for Western Gold Insurance. To my amazement, I couldn't believe how many bad reviews they received. For first timers, who is looking to use an insurance agency, don't believe everything you read. I read all the reviews, and most of the complaints were about people getting insurance solicitations in the mail, and wanted to be off the mailing list! I received the same solicitation in the mail, and decided to give them a call. Let me tell you, they (Liz) picked up the phone right away. In 15 minutes, I gave her all my information, and she said that she'll get back with me tomorrow with the quotes. THE VERY NEXT DAY, I received in writing my insurance quotes. The quotes were lower than my current carrier (Farmers), so I signed up for the new policy, and saved some BUCKS!!! Over all, Liz was very courteous and helpful. If you want to save some $$$, going through Western Gold Insurance should be your first choice.
