We have had a close family relationship with our agent for 19 years and trusted him explicitly. So when we read the letter from Patricia at Western Gold Insurance Agency, we were very skeptical about earthquake & deductible options. We found that she was correct, so we switched our homeowner and earthquake policies. We now have a 10% deductible and our pool, decking, and ornamental rock wall are all covered.The next thing we checked was our One Million Personal Umbrella. I kind of always wondered why the policy provided liability for others and not my family. I'm a physician and without my ability to operate my income would be in serious jeopardy. Again, we found our company did not provide this coverage in their policy. We were able to add both under and uninsured motorist coverage which now extends to me and my family for bodily injury, disability, and time out of work. I asked Western Gold to increase our coverage to 3 million. Another nice byproduct is that we were able to increase all umbrellas at a cost less than we were paying before the dramatic increase in protection. Thank you for your wonderful, informative letter. Give me price and coverage. To hell with big insurance companies and all their propaganda! I’ll love small, truthful, and good value. We finally have someone earning our business and trust. Please don’t stop what you’re doing Western Gold. it took three (3) years for us to finally call you guys. We lost faith in believing all these claims of saving us this and that. It seems we didn’t qualify or they said our rates would be higher because of this and that. We appreciate you did what you said and we’re a hell of a lot better off now. I am very pleased with my new agent very efficient. She followed up with me multiple times. Did not have to take a second out of my day to call her. My coverages were explained to me perfectly I understood everything. She gave me multiple different Quote options saving options you name it she gave me an option for it. All of my questions were answered.
