I really think they are great. I go 4-5 times a week. Dovid, Kat and the rest of the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable- always giving out gourmet (or not) recipes and really provide excellent quality kosher meats and other products. I am very excited about the opening of their new store - especially to the one stop shop - with fruits, veges and wine available.
