Brad is shady, 4 months to build a 20x20 garage,had to double pour slab in wrong area,job site always left messy,and letting western know what your insurance was paying was the worst. garage is a menards kits which would have been 1/3 what they charge. they take your money hire a bunch of sub-contractors and if something is wrong everyone points at each other. my garage is still falling apart and all i can do is fix it the right way myself. Western Contruction installed vinyl replacement inserts on my home built in the 50's. They helped to get me in touch with an agency to help me fund my restoration project. I was very impressed with how quick and professional they were. They did exceptional work and were always willing to answer my questions. They also wrapped the window frames on the outside so I would never need to paint! In the fall of 2010 we were preparing to sell our house. When we bought the house, several of the windows had condensation between the panes due to defective seals. Western helped us match the new replacement windows with the remaining windows that were still looked fine. You can't even tell which ones are old and which ones are new! Well, here we are a year and half later and because of the lousy housing market we are still in our house. And let me tell you, I do not regret investing the money to replace those windows one little bit; they are absolutely fabulous!! It makes me wish that I had replaced ALL the windows! We are so glad we chose Western Construction to do our replacement windows last year. They did a fantastic job AND we were able to afford to do one additional picture window because Western offered prices that were much more competitive than a number of other local outfits we got bids from. The quality of the windows is as good, if not better, than what the others were offering as well. Also, when you call Western, one of their friendly staff answers the phone. You won't get a generic answering service or even worse, some stupid menu system that gives you the run around and then ultimately asks you to leave a message so someone else can call you back at THEIR convenience. In the fall of 2011 Western Construction built our new garage located in Minneapolis MN. We chose Western Construction based on their long history of building garages in the Minneapolis/St Paul area. Both my parents and my uncle used Western Construction when they built their garages back in the 1980s and 1990s. Not only were we pleased with the cost, but we were also pleased with their knowledge, quick follow-up and schedule of completion. Brad was very accessible and provided multiple referrals for us to look at completed projects in Minneapolis. With Brad?s expertise and knowledge we decided on a 24x22 garage with hardie siding, vinyl windows and attic storage. From the concrete guys, to the builders, to the electricians ? everyone was professional, kept things on schedule and cleaned up after themselves. We hired Western Construction to install new Marvin windows & patio door, new radiant heat in floor, new cement driveway, new rear deck & a new front porch, etc. Brad was great, he listened to what we needed and did exactly what he said he would. He also responded to our questions during construction immediately. The cement man, rough carpenter's and finished carpenter's were very polite and cleaned up there mess so we didn't have too. I bought a house, and last winter the costs were thru the roof. I found that the tax incentives for windows were running out so I decided to take action. I called a few different companies around town but, when I talked to Western Construction, I knew I didn't need to look any further. First they were very helpful with all the programs and incentives. Then a very nice gentleman Brad Chazin came out to my house and Showed me exactly where I was losing heat. Last winter I was spending almost $600 a month in heating costs. After Brad did an analysis he recomended a few different types of windows, all with great insulation values, all eligible for the tax credits, and He showed me different types of windows that I could afford and looked great. With the prices I got from the other companies, I was only going to be able to afford to do just a couple of rooms. After going thru all my options with Brad I ended up being able to afford to put new windows in my entire house! I'm happy to say that I had a warm winter this year and the heating costs were absolutely astounding how much lower they were. Thank you Western Construction for all your help. more

Western came out in October for estimate on a new 2 car garage,was very helpfull on the design.My old garage was sagging and in need of replacement.Within just a few weeks my new car had a new home.Thankyou!!!!!!!!!!!! more

We have had work done by Western Construction, Inc twice in the past three years. Once to replace the siding on our home and do some remodeling on our entry way and the last time in December 2010 when two patio doors and five large windows were replaced. In each instance we were made aware of the advantages of how the work could be performed to make the project look better, advised of the total cost and told when the work would be done. Everything was done according to the schedule we were given - from beginning to completion. The workmanship was excellent as was the cleanup after the work was completed.
