Installed a replacement heat pump system Sep 23, 2011. Installer removed high end electronic programmable thermostat and replaced it with a basic non programmable unit. Two weeks...

Albert seems to have done a good job. 8/9/2011

Albert is a pleasant guy, and took time to answer our questions, and to explain why he was making the recommendations he did. So far, we are pleased, but it sure was expensive. excellent response and professional service 7/25/2011

After my home warranty company failed to have a service company out to repair my air conditioning in a timely manner, Westbrook came through and "squeezed" me in, and repaired my A/C the same day, even though it is an older unit and the Technician needed to retrieve a part from the manufacturer. The Best A/C Experience In 33 Years Of Home Ownership 7/21/2011

My A/C stopped working on a very hot day during a thunderstorm. Westbrook was the third company I phoned and the only one that could come check out my problem. I received a call from Jim who told me I was next after he finished up at another job. When he came to the house he was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and fixed the problem in no time at a very fair price. I'm sold on Westbrook and will be a customer from now on. Outstanding! 7/11/2011

Mine is a new system just 6 months old so you can imagine my frustration when it went out on the late afternoon of 4 July. I called in and Alfred (?) returned my call within 5 min. and told me how to get it temporarily back running again until he could get somebody out here. Within 45 min., Edwin (?) Was knocking on my door and got it all unclogged and tidied up. Total downtime was about an hour and a half. Throw in the courtesy of these 2 men and you hit a grand slam home run with us. Shoddy & Inept Installation 7/16/2010

In January, 2009 I had a complete gas furnace and air conditioning system replaced in my house. Now, July, 2010, I already have a leak in the system at this young age which is most likely due to poor piping installation. \r \r Now I have discovered that, when originally installed, they did not use the proper piston. The piston comes in plain sight in a baggie taped to the air compressor (the baggie is still taped to the compressor today!). This piston is to be used in the air handler to make the units compatible. For a professional, this cannot be an oversight. Then, in Nov., 2009, the Westbrook tech who did the yearly service call did nothing to correct the "mistake". \r \r I also discovered that they cut a hole in the ceiling for a vent. However, it goes into the open attic and no duct is connected to it at all. I did not notice it because the grille covers the hole in the ceiling. So all this time, blistering summer heat has been coming straight into this room from the attic. more

an airconditioning company that is fast and courteous 6/28/2005

My airconditioning went out 2 summers ago and I had to get a whole new unit. My husband had previously worked for the plumbing dept. of this comany so recommended them for airconditioning. Upon calling, the staff was very nice, and were able to set up a date for a new unit to be installed quickly and inexpensively. The technicians that came out were very nice and made sure to explain the system before leaving. overall a good experience. more
