I had issues with a Genie opener and was told by the Welborn technician that the circuit board was bad and could not be replaced and recommended that I purchase a new opener for $...

I have used Welborn Garage Doors a couple times in the past and I have never had any problems. They're upfront about what needs to be done and they get the job done efficiently. They impressed me with their work and I am really pleased with their service. I'll be sure to call them again if need be. more

Pleasant 7/15/2014

I'm a Realtor, and I used Welborn Garage Doors on a couple of houses. They replaced a garage door unit on a house I was going to sell, and they repaired the unit on another one. I found them through a flyer which had a coupon on it. When I mentioned that to them, they were willing to let me use the discount. They were very pleasant, and I was pleased with the service overall. more

Very good! 7/11/2014

The workers at Welborn Garage Doors came and did some work on my garage door because it wasn't opening properly. They replaced some springs and fixed the opening mechanism for me and now the door is working perfectly. They do such a good job that I rarely need to use their service! more

Not a single complaint 7/9/2014

Welborn Garage Doors came out to give me a quote and spent a lot of time just showing me and sending me samples and recommending the best door. I presented them to my boss, he said go ahead, and the installation and color was perfect. He even came out one time and didn't charge me for it. I don't have a single complaint. Suzette S. more

Quick and efficient! 7/8/2014

Welborn Garage did a terrific job. We saw the positive reviews on Angie's list and gave them a call. We just bought a new home with a garage door. It sounded like it was about to come right off of the tracks. They came out to service the door and replaced the rollers. The young man that came out really knew his stuff. He worked quickly and efficiently. Everything is running smoothly now. We are very happy with the results and will definitely call them again in the future. more

had garage door repaired 7/7/2014

Had an emergency situation when garage door would not close. Called the company and they were very courteous and immediately scheduled someone to come out. I was shocked to say the least. Emmett showed up not 30 minutes later. Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend. more

Somewhat satisfied although there was some confusion 7/2/2014

Overall I have had a mixed experience in terms of the service I received with Welborn Garage Door's. The only thing that had me rating them so low is cause the technician wasn't willing to sync the garage door with the automatic button in the car. He didn't coordinate the push pad for the garage door and wasn't willing to fix it either. He wanted to charge an additional $50 for that part of the service which I was upset about. I tried fixing it myself but couldn't, and each time I tried to there was about a 10-12 minute delay between attempts so as you could imagine I spent some time doing/researching this. Other than that, I would say that the service was great but that lack of care and customer service made me rate them lower. Mike C. more

Exactly what I wanted! 5/20/2014

Welborn Garage Doors installed a new garage door at my home. I knew what I wanted but they had a nice selection with a lot of different colors and styles. I wanted a door with windows and they were able to accommodate me with that. The installer knew what he was doing and clearly communicated. He got it done quickly and correctly. The customer service is great. Everything come out exactly how I wanted it to. I am very satisfied. more

Great Service - Great Cost 3/13/2014

This is the only company that could come out and give a same day estimate. We thought we needed a whole new door, tracks, opener, etc. Instead the technician told us what was good and bad with our system. He told us what he could fix and gave us an estimate. He was back the next day, fixed everything and it cost exactly what we were told. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely recommend them again! more

Replaced existing garage door 3/11/2014

We used Welborn's to replace our existing garage door. They came out and gave an estimate and made recommendations for our purchase. They took old door down and got rid of, plus cleaned up after installing new door. We are very happy with their services. more

Came at the appointed hour. Their price for the very same product was considerably less than four competitors. 1/23/2014

The technician adjusted the garage door to close evenly and smoothly. The garage door opener was well priced when compared to four competitors. The technician was on time. My only complaint (and it's very mild) is that I only got one (1) garage door remote control. I have a two car family. The $50 non-expiring coupon to use on the next service call is terrific! I'll call again! more
