Overall I have had a mixed experience in terms of the service I received with Welborn Garage Door's. The only thing that had me rating them so low is cause the technician wasn't willing to sync the garage door with the automatic button in the car. He didn't coordinate the push pad for the garage door and wasn't willing to fix it either. He wanted to charge an additional $50 for that part of the service which I was upset about. I tried fixing it myself but couldn't, and each time I tried to there was about a 10-12 minute delay between attempts so as you could imagine I spent some time doing/researching this. Other than that, I would say that the service was great but that lack of care and customer service made me rate them lower. Mike C.
