Poor customer service 12/11/2008

This used to be a good company but service has been going downhill. Service techs are rude, hidden charges pop up, and what they say keeps changing. If you ever have to use them, get everything in writing. more

NO SHOW AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. 7/21/2008

I made an appointment to have my garage door operator replaced. The appointment was for a Saturday between the hours of 11am and 2pm. The technician never showed up. I waited from 10am - 5pm. I called their office numerous times. No one was able to get a hold of the technician to find out why he did not show up. On Monday I called their office and spoke with the supervisor who told me that it was a lack of communication and they could have someone out today. I told him that I was not at home now and needed the job done last Saturday. The supervisor did not seem to care about losing my business or all the time that I spent waiting for the technician. From my experience with this company, I would recommend prospective customers to go elsewhere unless they want to do business with a company that really doesn't seem to care. Cons: Poor customer service. No one showed up to do the job. more

Good Service 2/27/2008

This company has great service for large overhead door repair and installation. They usually get to customers within two days and their work is great. more
