Good experience with service call with Hurley. 4/2/2016

Hurley serviced our heating and air-conditioning system. He is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We have had Hurley service our system 3 years in a row. When he first came to our house, the house was about a year old. We had a system with one unit and two thermostats. The system was not working properly. Hurley identified the problem as a control problem and fixed ti without charging extra. He also suggested something to help our system work better but did not pressure us into buying it. We are pleased with his work and appreciate not being pressured into buying things we don't want. more

emergency repair call for water heater 1/18/2016

Tom Q was responsive and showed up on time, as promised. He quickly assessed and explained the problem and then made the repair. I am especially grateful for all aspects of this service call and while I hope I don't need Tom's plumbing services again, I would definitely request him! more

great customer service 1/13/2016

Three cheers for Weather Master in general and Rassie in particular. He did a semi-annual check up on my HVAC systems on Monday, and advised me on the steps I need to take to convert from LP to natural gas. I got my wires crossed with the gas company and they connected and turned on the natural gas before the systems were ready, leaving me with no heat! Brrrr! Weather Master quickly got Rassie back out to my house and he got my systems working again, ordered the parts needed for the conversion and helped me understand what to tell the gas company. I've been a loyal Weather Master customer for 17 years and have always been very happy with their responsiveness and skill. more

HVAC annual service 12/17/2015

Daniel came today to perform annual service on my HVAC units. He arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. He recommended replacement of a filter in the attic and told me the price. He told me that my service contract did not cover annual inspection of the downstairs unit, but that he could do that while he was here for an additional cost. I appreciate his willingness to do that. I wish those who had booked the appt would have told me I was booking only 1 inspection, but that is not Daniel's fault. The downstairs unit inspection revealed an issue that could cause inefficient HVAC performance and pose health risks inside. Daniel mentioned that he had a used unit that was 1/2 price. I asked how long it had been used and he said 1 year. It was installed promptly and Daniel closed the visit courteously again. Great work and I would be happy to have Daniel return in the future. more
