Three cheers for Weather Master in general and Rassie in particular. He did a semi-annual check up on my HVAC systems on Monday, and advised me on the steps I need to take to convert from LP to natural gas. I got my wires crossed with the gas company and they connected and turned on the natural gas before the systems were ready, leaving me with no heat! Brrrr! Weather Master quickly got Rassie back out to my house and he got my systems working again, ordered the parts needed for the conversion and helped me understand what to tell the gas company. I've been a loyal Weather Master customer for 17 years and have always been very happy with their responsiveness and skill.
