We were scheduled to get regular service on Saturday, but Willy informed us the calls are emergencies only. We needed to have a toilet installed. Willy took it upon himself to do the installation even though the call center misinformed us regarding regular plumbing schedules. We appreciate all of Willy's help after working over 12 hours as the on call plumber. more

Electrical inspection 9/4/2016

Not much to do here but check the breaker box, but Russell was on time and courteous. I've had this company inspect/maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical and I've been happy with all the work they've done. more

Pleased Customer of over 10 years 9/2/2016

Weather Masters installed the HVAC system in my first house and over a 12 year period I only had three issues that were resolved within 24 hours. The customer service is great and the technicians are always very professional and know how to resolve the issue. I was so impressed that I had them take over maintenance for the HVAC system in my new house. I would highly recommend Weather Masters as a trust worthy HVAC Service Company. more

Weather Master Heating & AC, Service Call by Daniel F. 8/21/2016

Daniel F. from Weather Master Heating & AC just left our at 6 p.m. on Sunday evening after making a service call due to clogged drain pipe on our AC unit. Daniel was extremely professional, super polite and had a great personality. Daniel explained to me ahead of time what he would be doing to fix our problem and got right to work on it. He finished the job quickly and completely. He was a pleasure to work with and have in our home. I highly recommend Daniel for any HVAC needs you have. Thanks Daniel!!! more

AC Repair 8/13/2016

Scottie came to our rescue as our AC went out the evening before a big family event. He got here quickly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had our unit back in operation so the house had time to cool back down before the big event. He explained the problem in terms we could understand and was very clear about the costs and next course of action. Thanks! more

Call because A/c not working 8/8/2016

I called on a Saturday. Justin A. from Weather Masters in Knightdale called and told me he would be there in the next hour. He came as he said and gave me a breakdown of what was wrong . We chose to replace the unit. He got us in charge immediately with a representative. He was very professional and courteous.Justin A also checked in with us to make sure everything was taken care of.Great customer service by Justin A. more

Great Professional (Daniel F.) 7/15/2016

Daniel was amazing. We called Weather Master to come out and look at our upstairs AC that did not seem to be running as efficiently as it should. Daniel was very knowledgeable and corrected the problems. He also pointed out other potential areas of concern and was very helpful in addressing those issues. He was patient and thorough in his work. I wish we could get a lot more service visits from someone like Daniel. This was an all around positive experience. more
