Robin F80 and Jimi S. must be ""those"" kind of people. You know the one's that are always miserable and/or complaining about everything because A) it wasn't free and B) no one kissed their rotten as*es. Bottom line, this place is great. It's a watch shop with people who know their craft and know it well! This isn't Macy's with some perfume drenched super hag trying to sell you some BS Gucci watch. These guys are the real deal, they know their watches - from my Glashutte down to my Longines these guys know it all. There isn't a job too tough for them unless you consider dealing with Robin and Jimi ,our puerile little complainers, a tough job. I rate this place thumbs up across the board. Fast, efficient, and affordable! If you need it fixed and don't want to pay the big boy prices - drop on by. A++++++ more

On two separate occasions I've brought 3 watches to Watches, etc. with 3 different issues. I couldn't believe the attentiveness and time spent on the repair of one of my watches; an old gold watch that hadn't been worn in years and had damage from a leaky battery. The watch is running perfectly now and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and their pricing. more

These guys are rude and unhelpful! If you want help, go somewhere else. I tried to have a couple of watches serviced, they couldn't or wouldn't do anything for me. I took my watches to another shop they had both watches serviced in 5 Minutes! I plan to avoid this place in the future, I would rather drive 100 Miles to go elsewhere. more

Larry and his team have always treated me great, and I have shopped in every watch store in South County. You can deffinately trust him and his staff to steer you in the right direction. Pros: nice people, great selection more
