These guys are rude and unhelpful! If you want help, go somewhere else. I tried to have a couple of watches serviced, they couldn't or wouldn't do anything for me. I took my watches to another shop they had both watches serviced in 5 Minutes! I plan to avoid this place in the future, I would rather drive 100 Miles to go elsewhere.
