This location has staff that could use basic customer service skills. There have been a handful of times that they did not following through with their promises to their patients. They do not submit refill requests, keep you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, do not return phone calls or have conversations documented in your file. This incompetent record keeping has left staff to make you feel like a liar. When working with people's medications shouldn't your local pharmacy offer the same courtesy as any other store? With pharmacies all over, I will never have another prescription filled here.
