Annual VA Inspection - Fast! 9/9/2013

Arrived Saturday around midday for an annual VA Safety Inspection. Was told it might be a 40-minute wait to have it completed. I think it took less than 20 minutes. Great turnaround. more

Excellent Service 9/8/2013

I had my oil changed last minute, around 7:15 during a weeknight. The gentleman out front, Chris, was not only helpful but knowledgeable. He ensured my questions were answered and didn't rush me even though I came in later in the evening. The other gentlemen were nice as well and I will return to this location. They didn't upsell me on services I didn't need. They were listening to me as I only needed an oil change. This is why I come back to VA Tire & Auto because they are people focused. more

Battery Replacement Complaint 8/22/2013

Approx. cost quoted over the phone was much higher when we had the actual work done. Interstate battery that this business put in only lasted 3 years and the warranty replacement cost was nearly the cost of a new battery. Sales associate seemed disinterested. I would like a manager to call me to discuss. more

Tire repair 8/12/2013

I dropped off a flat tire to get repaired and when I returned, they offered to remount the tire on my car at no charge. Always very customer focused. more
