This place is amazing with customer service. All the staff members are very helpful and informative. I've been bringing all three of my cars to this location since they opened and never went anywhere else. The manager Jack is very professional and really cares about his customers. Informative, trustworthy and an overall best service department in the Chantilly area more

Be more vigilant 2/7/2014

We have been going to the Chantilly Good Year Automotive (Virginia Tire & Auto) since Myron opened the facility, they do amazing job. However, your service is not the same, your technicians did not check the fluid levels at all, the transmission fluid and the windshield wahser were low. Thank you, Ben more

VA Tire in South Riding is the "best of breed" for tire care. They are competent, quick, polite, and good value. Look for coupons! They worked hard in freezing weather to get my leaking tire back in service quickly. Straight shooters. more

Oil Change 1/29/2014

I had a concern regarding the viscosity of the oil placed in my vehicle and after discussing it with Alan, he changed the oil and used the viscosity I felt was better for the car. I also had to have the battery changed after only 33 months, and after e-mailing Alan with the info I received a pro-rated new battery. Very pleased. more

Battery Replacement 1/23/2014
