Exceptional and Quick Service 8/1/2013

I love the small things they do even if its just a simple oil change. They windex all the windows, vaccum the floor mats, and even put a bottle of water in the cup holder!!! And thank you for always treating every customer even the ones with coupons with the same service!!! more

Outstanding 8/1/2013

Had an issue with a service a while back. The manager addressed the issue and made it right at no cost. Every service center makes mistakes. But I personally judge a service center by how they address the mistake! Customer service is the best around IMO. Including the pricing. more

Excellent reception, coordination of necessary repairs and expeditious service and this is why I do not go anywhere else!! I use Virhinia Tire and Auto for all of my car care needs. I quit going to my car dealer a long time ago. I had to go too far and I did not have the same level of customer service.\r more

I made a phone call about a bad battery while in route home from Reston, VA and it was replaced in about ten minutes. Quite happy with the response time in service which was in and out a flash with a quality battery. I couldn't be happier and defintely changed my disposition after I had to get a jump to leave work. Also thanks for listing your services in the ""Quick Facts"" for future reference.\r more

Other than initially incorrectly writing up the repair order, the service was great. After pointing out that I had not asked for an oil change, the service advisor corrected the order. I will return for service at the South Riding location.\r more
