Village at the Downs Homeowner's Association

I have been here for 2 months. I have never had a problem with the place. My garbage disposal messed up and the maintenance man was here within 2 hours. They keep the grass cut, the yards clean, and every neighbor I have met is very nice to me. If you are ever looking for a place to move, here is the place to do it. more

I would never ever recommend these apartments to any one. I moved to these apartments and stayed less then 3 months. I had r0ach3s all over the place and I had been staying there for only 2 days. Told the landlord about it and he acted as if he was to get someone out right away then turned around and told me the person was to busy and that he could at least drop the bombing spray by so I can do it myself. I was totally upset. Not only I paid $595 for an ""condo"" that was less then 650square feet I also paid $395 for a move-in-fee that I was told going to be a deposit. Now listen to this! The ""move in fee"" is for to get the condo prep for the next person who move in when you move out which didn't happen for me because I had R0ACH3S and ANTS in my tub area. So please dont stay at VILLAGES AT THE DOWN. Because its not safe. The landlord peeps in your window every hour on the hour. more
