its worth trying at least once 6/22/2010

I would say one should definitely try Vickers Auto at least once. I can understand that for the first time people can be bit apprehensive of going to a new shop apart from their regular auto shop, but its worth trying once.. Pros: its worth trying at least once more

I would recommend your shop 5/22/2010

I would recommend your shop in that you seemed to do a good job, however, my appointment was for 8:30 and no technician arrived until much later. Also, the man in the office was kept on the phone for at least 20 minutes before he spoke to me other than ""hello, I'll be right with you."" The working class at large needs a Sat appointment or else timeliness on appts. more

I found Vickers through an.. 5/18/2010

I found Vickers through an internet coupon deal. After checking the yelp reviews (which were great), I got the deal for an oil change (I usually go to Jiffy Lube to change my oil). When I visited the shop, the customer service was great, the mechanic was not pushy and very knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be fixed on my Mitsubishi. I got a quote at the end of my visit for things that need fixing without asking, which was great. Also, Vickers created a website for my car where I can track problems and make future appointments. I have been recommending Vickers to all my friends who need mechanics and I will never to go Jiffy Lube again! more
