I found Vickers through an internet coupon deal. After checking the yelp reviews (which were great), I got the deal for an oil change (I usually go to Jiffy Lube to change my oil). When I visited the shop, the customer service was great, the mechanic was not pushy and very knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be fixed on my Mitsubishi. I got a quote at the end of my visit for things that need fixing without asking, which was great. Also, Vickers created a website for my car where I can track problems and make future appointments. I have been recommending Vickers to all my friends who need mechanics and I will never to go Jiffy Lube again!
