big plus for us working moms 8/17/2010

Don't have much experience w/ them yet. And their hours are extremely inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend it until the hours expand to 7:30am-6pm and Saturdays. People who own cars generally have jobs and thus can't be there 8-5! On the plus side, they have a dvd player and one kids movie, so I can park my toddler in the waiting room without too much whining and fussing. That's a big plus for us working moms. more

I was very satisfied with my experience at Vickers. The mechanic explained everything that needed to be done on me Volkswagen and why, and then I got a reasonable quote. They gave me a ride to my office so that I didn't have to wait around, the staff was really friendly, and I am very pleased with their work. Pros: I am very pleased more
