Very impressive services 8/10/2008

I received a professional services form vertex-security. My office's access control system was not functioning properly and immediately i call vertex-security, their technicians came after 15 min as they told over the phone. after checking the whole system they finally analyzed the problem and took 2 hours to fix the whole. The technicians are very professional, skilled and well mannered. Very impressive services. more

The trusted one 8/8/2008

Very perfect way of working and team members are very skilled. Now I have a strong trust on them and again this time they really did well. They installed 5 CCTV in my office very efficiently and all are connected to a DVR now I can easily supervise all the areas of office without going there. These guys are real professional service providers. more

I want someone reliable to repair my cctv system, I decided to try someone new this time because last time i called a leading security system expert and they really disappointed me - although they fixed the issues but damaged on IC and I had paid that cost also. so this time I searched in Google for someone else and found vertex security there and I decided to give one chance to vertex security - their response was good and quickly dispatched their van with skilled guys - they easily sort out the problem without wasting any time and also fixed one problem of blur images. they are very reliable and polite guys. Vertex Security done a great job in my office. I called Vertex Security to repair a malfunctioning cctv. They responded very and the technician are very professional and skilled. repaired my cctv in less than two hours and their bill was surprisingly lower than my expectations. I will be using them for security works in future in my business. completely satisfied with Vertex Security. more

Because of Vertex Security awesome services i want to share my experience with everybody. last week I called them to install IP Cameras in my office and connect them with computers. They reached my office in just 15 minutes and started working. They installed those cameras very quickly in my all computers and also explained me how to redefine settings. While paying them i realized that I was treated fairly. more

I usually don't post these reviews - but this business absolutly deserves it. A good friend of mine recently broke up with this guy she's been seeing for no more than 3,4 times. He began to stalk her and annoy her - it got to the point where she got really paranoid and thought he's getting in her apartment and moves things around - just to mess with her.\r I suggested installing a simple security camera and test it out - hoping she'll calm down once she realises no one brakes in. We called a few companies - tried to figure out what the best deal is . Most businesses didn't even care - once they understood we're not a business - and we're not into installing 10 sec. cams with high-end gadgtes that go with it - they wavered us away. The only business that was totally nice and sensitive on the phone - that agreed to come have a look and suggest the best cctv configuration was Vertex Security. They sent out this security expert - he was very informative and helpful. He didn't try to push any extras on us. He made sure we get all the work done within 2 days - and even called a few days afterwards to see if everything's ok. \r As for my girlfriend - turns out she did get a little paranoia - no one broke into her home since the cam is there.
