I gave them a rating of 1 star only because ""0"" stars is not an option. \r \r Do NOT go to this store, they are not a direct agent of Verizon wireless, they sell other companies wireless accounts including Verizon. The staff is rude and wanted to charge my credit card without providing me a receipt, they said the compuer was down. However, the credit card machine was functioning. They wanted to charge me fees without showing me the details of the charges, I tried to cancel, but hey said it was too late. I called Verizon on the phone and they did help me clear up the situation. Next time I will go to the store to find out what I need then call Verizon directly to order my phone. Do NOT go to this store. more

Horrible! 9/16/2009

This is an authorized agent, NOT a direct corporate Verizon store. The staff is incompetent and rude. You will incur fees that are bogus. Their phones are outdated models that corporate stores no longer carry! I made the mistake of going to this store and will suffer for the next year until my annual upgrade comes around again. They sold me a defective phone and will not allow me to return it because I was outside of their 14 day return policy (But within the VERIZON 30-day return policy). Please just go to the Promenade or Midway Mall, you will have much better service and will not get ripped off. Pros: Absolutely None Cons: See details more
