Do NOT go to this store, they are not a direct agent of Verizon wireless, they sell other companies wireless accounts including Verizon. The staff is rude and wanted to charge my credit card without providing me a receipt, they said the compuer was down. However, the credit card machine was functioning. They wanted to charge me fees without showing me the details of the charges, I tried to cancel, but hey said it was too late. I called Verizon on the phone and they did help me clear up the situation. Next time I will go to the store to find out what I need then call Verizon directly to order my phone. Do NOT go to this store.
