If you would like to have a relationship with a vet you trust with your much loved animals. This is not the place for you. If you work hard for your money and don't want to feel like you have been robbed everytime you bring your animal in for a visit then this is definitely not the place for you !!! I had been bringing my cat there for the past 3 years. On several occasions they ran unwarrented test that cost me thousands of dollars for typical bladder infections. Everytime I brought my cat I was greeted by a vet that i didnt know and that had no idea of my pets history . Recently I brought my beloved 17 year old cat in, due to her having difficulty walking. Instead of answering the many questions I had concerning the serious nature of what was going on with my cat.The doctor never answered my questions instead kept suggesting I spend thousands of dollars on extensive test which would have only resulted in further harm due to her age. Thank god I found another vet and asked on several occasions for this hospital to send over my cats records for which they made every excuse not to send over. unfortunitley my beloved pet did have a tumor on her spine that could not be removed. I feel this hospital was so impersonal and insincere and motivated only by money, after going there for three years and spent thousands of dollars, they never refferred to me by my name. thus proving to me that they did'nt care about me or my beloved cat. Little Falls Animal hospital was great when Dr. Dilts was in charge.\r We have been going to him for over 17 years. He is very dedicated, compassionate, caring, and an excellent vet. When new management took over, it was quite evident that they are bottom -line money focused. They are just like Oradel Animal Hospital. Many of you who are familiar will understand what I am saying. Unfortunately, my beloved dog recently died after leaving her there all day in their care. I was told she would be carefully monitored in her condition; however, as soon as we took her home, she died right in front of us. Dr. Dilts was not in that day to take care of her and I will never forgive myself for leaving her there that day. The only good thing about this place is Dr. Dilts and a few good and caring vet assistants (Brandy) The office manager belongs working at a collection agency, not an animal hospital. Everyone is so friendly and nice!! All the way from the waiting room, to the nurses and the vets...They all care deeply for animals and explain everything that they are doing and the reason for it. They also listen to all of your concerns.. Also there prices are excellent!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!! more

I have an epileptic Boston Terrier who has also gone blind. If it were not for the EXCELLANT drs. at Little Falls Animal Hospital I would have surely put my beloved "fur" baby down. I was so scared when he took seizures that I didn't know what to do. I was aware of this hospital through another company I worked for and brought my boy to them not really knowing either dr. I have to tell you they are miracle workers. They are caring and considerate. They listen and they feel for the owner as well as the pet. They were helpful, compassionate and well versed in epilepsy in boston terriers. I treat my 3 dogs as if they were my own children and would not trust their health to just anyone. This hospital is the real deal. I HIGHLY reccommend them for ANY breed or cat or other small animal. If you truly love your pet and want the BEST possible care and treatment for them, look no further than this hospital. Also their staff of technicians are the best. Originally, I went to a vet in caldwell, one in pompton plains, and one in hamburg. Either they did not have a clue as to how to handle Persian cat problems or they didn't care. Then I took them to Little Falls Animal Hospital and I am finally happy. Dr. Briganti and Dr. Beeber are really nice - they ask a lot of questions about your pet and listen to your answers. They listen to any concerns that you have. Persian cats sometimes have eye problems - none of the other vets I went to cared, ignoring the problem. Dr. Briganti immediately gave me 3 different medicines to try and my cats eyes were better within one day! Her eyes had been red for a year while the other vets ignored the problem. My cat also has an underbiting snaggle tooth, which looks quite cute but I was worried. Dr. Briganti is a dental specialist and I felt much better when she told me it would be fine. Another vet recommended braces for the cat or getting the tooth pulled, which Dr. Briganti told me would be very painful more

I use to bring my pets to Dr.Dilts and i got the best care. He was so sensitive and caring to my pets needs, i had to put one of my dog's down a few years ago and he helped me through it all. I would recommend Dr. Dilts to anyone who has pets.Overall great hospital and great doctor, and the techs were just as caring and warm. more

Little Falls Animal Hospital is great. We took our kitten there to be spayed. I was very nervous for her, but the team at the hospital were very patient and caring. They also took to our kitten right away, petting her and telling her how pretty she was. She was nervous at first, but responded very well to the vet. \r \r We did have to keep her there for about 8 hours, but the staff told us she did very well. She didn't cry very much. They gave us proper instructions for aftercare and made sure we were very well informed.\r \r I couldn't tell you about the price for the procedure since our kitten's former owner covered the expenses. Nevertheless, I wouldn't care. I'd pay top prices to get the care that my cat received.\r \r I only wish I could find a place like it in NY now. more
