If you would like to have a relationship with a vet you trust with your much loved animals. This is not the place for you. If you work hard for your money and don't want to feel like you have been robbed everytime you bring your animal in for a visit then this is definitely not the place for you !!! I had been bringing my cat there for the past 3 years. On several occasions they ran unwarrented test that cost me thousands of dollars for typical bladder infections. Everytime I brought my cat I was greeted by a vet that i didnt know and that had no idea of my pets history . Recently I brought my beloved 17 year old cat in, due to her having difficulty walking. Instead of answering the many questions I had concerning the serious nature of what was going on with my cat.The doctor never answered my questions instead kept suggesting I spend thousands of dollars on extensive test which would have only resulted in further harm due to her age. Thank god I found another vet and asked on several occasions for this hospital to send over my cats records for which they made every excuse not to send over. unfortunitley my beloved pet did have a tumor on her spine that could not be removed. I feel this hospital was so impersonal and insincere and motivated only by money, after going there for three years and spent thousands of dollars, they never refferred to me by my name. thus proving to me that they did'nt care about me or my beloved cat.
