I hired US Van Lines. The movers arrived on time to load my belongings, they were working very hard and wrapped all my large furniture in moving pads. After they were done, the packaging looked professional, defiantly not something that I could do myself. The delivery took place within 8 days, which was ok as they did advise me that it could take that long so I was prepared and had with me everything I needed to use in this period of time. US Van Lines was very nice and professional, all my belongings were accounted for and in good condition. more

And finally we found US Van Lines to accommodate our last minute move. US Van Lines movers were very professional quick, knowledgeable, we schedule our move for October 1st and the movers were hour and half late and they cancel us at last moment when they found out that we are moving from 5th floor to 4th floor. we called lots of moving companies efficient polite and they were working as a chain in the walk up . they wrapped all my furniture and they helped me with dissembling of my big wall unit which was a big headache for me. I recently hired US Van Lines moving company to relocate my family from Wilmington, NC to the Boston area. We were referred to them by a friend of ours who used them last year. After researching movers on the Better Business Bureau and other websites, we ultimately opted with US Van Lines because they seemed to be the best fit. Our rep, US Van Lines did a very good job going over all of the details with us and telling us up front that a "shuttle" would most likely be needed when we arrived to Boston. He told us that he couldn't say for sure, but that if it was needed, it would add to the bill. Luckily, a smaller truck did our pickup and delivery and we didn't have to pay any extra fees. The estimate was pretty accurate. We had the movers pack a few things that we couldn't finish, so our price went up a little, and our weight was slightly higher. The delivery estimate was 2-5 days and we had our shipment on the 4th day of the window. The communication was very good for the most part there was a communication error where the driver had our number written down wrong, but once that got fixed everything was fine. Ultimately, I'm happy we chose US Van Lines Moving company. They did everything they said they would do, and we don't have any damages more

You will not believe this but we have moved 7 times in the past 6 years...and each time had movers. So I would say we are somewhat of an expert on evaluating movers. These guys are by far the best!!!! We hired them one week before our move and I was worried about a million things like what if they are late, what if they are too slow, what if they break things...but they showed up on time, they were so fast we couldn't believe it. We left the old place a head of them in our compact car and got to the new one, 5 minutes later they show up with their big truck..unbelievable!!! So our place was a 1 bedroom plus, we packed everything which is key in moving. It took only 2.5 hours for the move. A crew of three showed up (my boyfriend and dad also helped) and later found out the lead was the owner. He is great. We had some hurdles like our front door to the building as well as our apartment had to be taken out since it was too narrow, he did is so quickly...I just keep saying how fast they were because time is money and they do charge a bit higher but I think they saved us at least an hour so it is very worth it. Moving totally sucks and it's much worse if you spend $$$ hiring people that are just not that into their job and end up costing you more $$$...Thanks to US VAN LINES, if we move again (God we are so tired of it) we have a good company to work with. more

I found that I had recieved a quote from this company when I was compiling quotes and called them and several other moving companies and brokers to see if any could get me out by the next nmorning and they said they could do it and DID do it. I owe them many thanks for actually doing what they said they would. My delivery is set up for Saturday but I wanted to thank US Van Lines in advance for the movers great hard work and for them really helping me out of an almost horrible situation. more

I used US Van Lines for an interstate move. I booked them through a broker and the movers responded fast. The two movers that moved me great guys. They came, and as soon as we finished with the paperwork they started packing my furniture. They were very responsive and gave me many helpful tips during the move. Overall I am satisfied with the US Van Lines and would use them again in the future. more

They didn't take a break and I moved from a 3rd floor walkup to a 5th floor walkup and I had a lot of stuff - and it was very cold that day. I am extremely happy with the way things went on move day. We hired US Van Lines to move us to NY and they did a great job for us and we were really pleased with them and after us they moved my friend too to Denver co and she was also happy with them. Over all they never raised the price on me or her. We will use them again for sure. more

Everyone was very efficient and courteous with our belongings. This is our second time using Allstate Relocation Systems and we would use you again. We highly recommend these guys for any type of move. more
