US Van Lines movers showed up early on the morning of my move. The guys were friendly, worked very, very hard and moved me in 1/2 the time I expected. They didn't take a break and I moved from a 3rd floor walkup to a 5th floor walkup and I had a lot of stuff - and it was very cold that day. I am extremely happy with the way things went on move day. My family and I moved with US van lines last week. We had such a great experience. Their movers were great! They moved us from St Louis to Florida. This was a hard move on my family and they made it easy. They loaded up our 4 bedroom fully furnished house in under eight hours without taking a break. The movers were very professional and explained everything every step of the way. They were very polite too. They delivered our belongings three days later as promised by their dispatch department. They made our move so easy. I was able to start my new job immediately because the movers had us moved in so fast. I am going to recommend them to family and friends and anyone I know who is moving. Their price was right, their employees are very professional, and they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Thank you so much for all that you have done for us. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I moved long distance last month. And, besides everything was delivered damp or wet with my boxes falling apart. They won't fix the situation. Tracy in customer service seemed so helpful in the beginning saying they took full responsibility for this. Now, I can't even get a phone call returned! They were trying to direct me to the company they contract out, USA relocators. They never attempted to call me. But, when I call them for answers they were abusive and hung up the phone on me!!! Moving can be stressful enough, Us vans lines has made this 100 times worse. more
