The only place I would bring Stuffy to. They treat him so nice and everyone is also very friendly to me as well. Thank you!

These guys should have their license revoked!! Stay away and if I could give them 0- 1/2 star I would!!! They advertise that Oprah likes this place - She got it wrong - VERY wron...

I come here mostly for Daycare because they do a phenomenal (Penny has never smelled so good) but only do boarding once in a while because my dog is pretty shy around big groups of dogs and doesn't always do well in daycare environments. But I have some friends who take their dogs there regularly for daycare and they love it. I think it depends on your dogs disposition. more

I come here mostly for Daycare because they do a phenomenal (Penny has never smelled so good) but only do boarding once in a while because my dog is pretty shy around big groups of dogs and doesn't always do well in daycare environments. Went here on the recommendation of a neighbor, and am continually impressed by the quality of care and customer service. It's really well-managed, super clean, spacious and full of friendly, trustworthy staff members who shower my dog with affection. more

The grooms are consistently good. 6/17/2011

I've had my dog groomed here twice. Now I'll admit, both times I used coupons, but I would definitely return and pay regular price. The first time I got her groomed, it only took about 2 hours. The second time, they had her all day -- literally (I dropped her off at 10:30 and got her at 6). I did, however, tell the groomer to take his time as I had a bunch of errands to run. The grooms are consistently good. She's super soft after her bath and her nails are trimmed. The last time she was groomed, I waited in the lobby for her to be finished. The groomer was careful when handling her (I could see through a window) and my dog seemed to be enjoying her grooming. more

Gave us exactly what we wanted! 6/14/2011

We first used Urban Outsitters grooming services back in December of last year and were very happy with the results, so our pup is headed back this week for a little ""spring cleaning"". We have a Miniature Australian Shepherd, and his coat just needs a little touching up every 6 months of so - nothing major. Most groomers tend to overgroom, but the groomer at Urban listened to what we wanted and gave us exactly that! more

We took my poodle here so he could have a day at the spa too while we were getting pampered elsewhere, and it was great! He had a full day of romping, primping and fun. more

DON'T TRUST THEM! 1/2/2011

My dog was injurred by another dog and they did not take him to the vet. They called me and said the incident had JUST occured and that he had a small puncture wound and since it was a holiday and the vet er's are so expensive I should just come and get him myself. I told them to take him to the vet er immediately and I would meet them there. The owner Joseph refused. When I picked him up he was bloddy and unable to get up, he had to be carried to the car (my dog is 105lbs). He had a fractured leg, multiple wounds, and had developed a serious infection because his injuries were at lease 24 hours prior! The owner showed no sympathy and has NEVER inquired about my dog. When I inquired about payment of his medical bills he refused to committ to covering them and actually hung up the phone on me. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET HERE! more
