When I was at the dealership I never intended to purchase a car.. Sam introduced him self the minute I walked into the dealership and made sure I was comfortable and was just the friendly guy I have ever talked to.. He didnt pressure me to look at any cars it hardly seemed if he was a salesmen at all he acted more like a friend. He pratically held my hand through the entire process always making sure I was happy. And your receptionist was so sweet. she talked to me when I know she may have had other things to do, and seemed genuinly interested in all my stories... haha. more

Truck Runs Great 2/1/2012

I had my truck at another Nissan Dealer and was told my rattle was a heat shield. Brought my truck to Wayzata and found I needed timing chains. My truck runs great now. I will go here from now on. more

Bad service department 11/22/2011

Terrible service department. I won't be returning. I did not buy my car there, so that\r may be okay. I just won't go back there for service. They seem incapable of actually fixing anything. Do yourself a favor and find a different repair shop. I went there for squeaky brakes. I got charged $400 for a new brake job. No problem for me as long as it doesnt squeak when they're done. Three trips later and the brakes still squeak. Simple problem really. THEY ARE JUST UNABLE TO RUN A WELL MANAGED SERVICE DEPARTMENT !!!\r \r more

bought a maxima- easy & smooth 12/27/2010

I e-mailed Scott a request for prices on new cars. He called me and scheduled a time for my wife and I to drive some. When we agreed to buy there was alot of paperwork but I guess thats normal. The finance guy took his time explaining financing and answered our questions. We were happy with the entire process because they were honest and straightforward. When we picked up the car we had to wait about 15 minutes for Scott to put gas in it otherwise it was pretty quick. more

Lack of Customer Service 10/16/2010

I test drove a Pathfinder from Wayzata Nissan and afterwards attempted to speak with the sales associate about a reasonable offer. They turned me away immediately and later dropped the price. I attempted again to negotiate with what I believed a reasonable offer. They told me a second time the price was firm and would not be lowered. Finally, they dropped teh price within dollars of my offer and didn't even call to let me know. Where is the customer service? Poor way to conduct business. more
