I e-mailed Scott a request for prices on new cars. He called me and scheduled a time for my wife and I to drive some. When we agreed to buy there was alot of paperwork but I guess thats normal. The finance guy took his time explaining financing and answered our questions. We were happy with the entire process because they were honest and straightforward. When we picked up the car we had to wait about 15 minutes for Scott to put gas in it otherwise it was pretty quick.
