Do not buy from this guys!!! I bought a fan blower in June 2013 and 7 months later ,broke down. When I contacted them about the warranty , they told me that is covered by manufacturer warranty but they would not send me any details of how should I proceed further. How am I suppose to know who the f@$&!?@ made that blower. I asked them nicely couple of times but they would not return my emails.\r I suppose this is another ""Isellshitfrommymamagarage""type of company. more

Ordered a stove/oven controller on Dec 5 2013. Nothing heard by 18 Dec so I chatted with ""Jason"". Basically it was ""Oops"" sorry bout that we'll send it right away. Note the date 18 Dec and xmas with no stove/oven now is our reality. RUDE employees and very OVERPRICED items. I would NEVER BELIEVE the positive reviews. I walked into the store in Beaverton and was treated very rudely and when I needed help identifying the exact part I needed (because I'm not an expert they are suppose to be) I was treated to more rudeness and reluctance to help. When I asked about the high price I was told "it's retail not wholesale" BUT it says wholesale on the advertising!!! Don't lie just because you jack up your prices. I could go on but basically I don't trust the business and I definitely do not believe the goods reviews written and I would never ever shop there again. Pros: null Cons: null more

Extremely unsatisfied with this 4/25/2012

Extremely unsatisfied with this business. I brought in the original switch off my oven that I needed and they ordered (2) parts for me. When I received them it was obvious that they were the wrong parts, however, I was assured that they were the correct parts. When I hooked one up, I blew the circuit breaker in the house and smoked my stove. When I took the parts back and again showed them that they were not the correct parts, I was told that I just hooked the wires up wrong. They reimbused me for the undamaged part, but kept almost $5.00 stocking fee to put it back on the shelf. They refused to return my money for the one that smoked my stove. Don't do business with these people, it's obvious they don't know what they are doing or how to take care of their customers. I will never deal with them again! Pros: null Cons: null more

I don't usualy review, but for this I had too because the negative reviews I read here really had me questioning whether or not I should go through this company, but they were great. There prices are FANTASTIC. Considerably lower than anything else I could find. It took me a while to get my part, but I selected ground shipping and I live in MA - They are located in OR. That is going to take a while. It can be misleading, because many larger companies automatically upgrading shipping over distances like that. I would not expect that from a company like this. My part (an internal thermostat for my oven) was an exact factory match and worked perfectly. The best vote of confidence I can give is that I just placed a second order with this company and expect everything to go just as smoothly this time. Highly recommended. more

No company can please everyone but they sure did me! 2/19/2012

This is a first rate company!! I ordered a glass cook top from UAP that was less than half the cost it would have been in Ontario Canada. I saved over $300.00 on this. I was going to order it from another online appliance parts company but got turned off by the bad reviews. Before ordering from UAP I did a Google street view and you can see their store. It's real not someone's home office. I called another appliance store in Beaverton that was listed in the yellow pages online and also a member of the local BBB and asked them about UAP and was told they were a good company. I called UAP 800 number before placing my online order to see if the phone actually was answered and it was. Based on all of that info and by placing a credit card order which you could always dispute with your credit card company if they never shipped the part I placed my order. When I ordered the part it was stated that it was back ordered but so was every other online parts supplier including a large name brand department store. After the 3 week estimated shipping date and still no part indicated as being shipped I called and spoke to Paul who said he would call the factory and check and return my phone call. The only negative thing I can say about UAP is that he did not call me back so I called the next day and spoke to Stephanie who told me the part was ready to ship. I got an email from UPS with a tracking number and it arrived exactly on time UPS ground from Oregon to NY for $10.00. and no sales tax!! UAP does not ship to Canada but I found a company in Buffalo that provides US addresses for only $5.00 per package. Google US addresses Niagara Falls. In Ontario this would have cost me over 2X what I paid for it online plus 13% tax. We drove the 1 hour to Buffalo today spent the day shopping on other good deals in the US and brought the stove top back and the border cop didn't even make us pay duty on it which would have been the 13% HST on the US price or about $40.00 which was bonus too. Thank you UAP! more

WARNING!!!! Don't buy from this company. They're a rip off. I purchased an electronic part for my GE washer and when UPS delivered it, I told them to return it since I didn't need the part. The part cost $135. After numerous calls and demands, they refused to refund my card. I checked with UPS and the part was returned. They're thieves. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!. Fore warned!!! more

Customer Service Sucks 10/9/2011

They obviously don't care about customer service. It's been over 30 days since I've paid for and ordered a part from them. Silence. Nothing. No response from email. No updates. They could care less. I might as well set that money on fire. I still have a broke microwave and they've got nearly $80 of my money. more

After a couple years of teenagers beating up the crisper and meat drawers in my Kenmore fridge, they needed to be replaced. I shopped around locally and online. Sears was crazy expensive @ $60/drawer. more

Can't Deliver & False Promises 9/1/2011

I ordered a simple burner for my Maytag stove, and it's been 3 months and I still haven't received it. Every time I check for the status, they tell me the same thing: Our warehouse is billing us for it, so that means it's being shipped right now. Two weeks later, I inquire again and they told me the same thing, verbatim. I'm now trying to cancel my order (Sears has the item in stock and can get it to me within a couple days, albeit for a couple bucks more), but I haven't seen a cancellation confirmation nor a refund. Will keep trying. more

Bad Return Policy 8/24/2011

In good faith, I ordered some parts for my GE gas stovetop from these people. When I received the items, my husband put the items away in the garage (he was helping to straighten up the house :-) ) without me being able to inspect them for accuracy. When I found them a month later, I opened them up and found the wrong product inside. I carefully repackaged them and called the company to ask for an exchange since I was sent the wrong items. They informed me that there was nothing they could do for me since it was a backordered item and past 30 days. So, I have ended up losing $139.00 because of my experience with them. I highly recommend dealing with a different company otherwise they may send you the wrong products and then refuse to take them back. BEWARE! more

This is one of the site lack of order transparancy. It states ""Easy Online Ordering - Fast Shipping - No Hassle Returns"" is not true and misleading.\r It won't tell you everything until you put the order in.\r 1. after order in I got an email saying it is a manufacturing part. It will take 2 -3 weeks to ship. You can not cancel because of this. (I lately received an email from them saying that I had chance to cancel during that time but I did not.)\r 2. After receipt, I found out I ordered a wrong part. after emails and call they simply replied. It is not returnable because it is a manufacturing part.\r \r If I knew all this at beginning I would not even bother to look this site.\r \r more

What a find, not sure how they can be so cheap. 8/4/2011

I needed a motor for a GE telescoping range hood, probably not a high volume seller. I went on the internet searched the part number and found prices ranging from $300 (Repair Clinic) to UAP's $139.00. The nearest next price was $179.00. Since this is a new OEM part, as the commercial said, ""parts is parts"". The part arrived two days later, UPS ground. The only downside is the more expensive places allow return of electrical parts, UAP does not, but for half the price, I will risk my diagnosis. So, today, I needed a new crisper drawer for my Whirlpool fridge. Again, I searched the part number. UAP was <$25.00, the next closest price was $40.00. Just ordered it today, so I assume it will be here by Monday. I'm glad to have found these guys. more

Watch what you order, if it has anything to do with electrical they won't take it back. I accidentally ordered the wrong part number and they won't take it back, even though it is unopened. Really stupid. more
