The minute I walked through the door I was asked if I needed any help. This fairly small store seemed loaded with most things any urban denizen would require. There was the usual hardware, necessary plumbing, basic electrical, garden items, tools, alot of painting supplies and paint and even a bit of household goods. They even post a bit of their history at the front counter (I was told they are now the oldest hardware in Seattle! After seeing the antique sleds and such hanging about, I believe it.). This is the kind of store every neighborhood needs and so few nowadays seem to have.
Pros: helpful staff, merchandise variety, location
