My rent was 5500/MO. Took months to get service request filled. Building staff doesn't speak English, they will not help you with luggage, they do not inform of packages. Cant get food deliveries in your apartment, you have to go to lobby! No one can follow instructions that works there because they DONT speak English, or are very under-qualified. THey only stand their post. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Shocking! Management is also very unprofessional. Never ever return calls or requests. They get personal, and are not professional at all. And will slam you with late fee's after 3 days. I am in realty, this is a huge disappointment. Its for wanna bee rich-folk, therefor neighbors are very obnoxious. Architecture is deplorable. CAN HEAR NEIGHBORS TV THROUGH WALL!!! Bottom line, if you want good architecture, service , and quality in your NYC living; DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
