I used Tristar 3 years ago and then again last week. Each time I needed a bartender and 2 servers for house parties (40-50 people)... and each time I could not have been happier ...

From the point of contact, to the end result, the service we received was friendly, professional and we were able to use a few suggestions provided, including the DJ recommendation.\r \r Vicky and her staff were communicative, helpful and very professional. The worst customer service ever. I contacted Tristar for my wedding 4 months in advance and was given the run around regarding confirming and booking the waitstaff. Victoria has no customer service skills and constantly blamed me for the miscommunications, contradicting herself on multiple occasions, and missing deadlines that she promised to meet. Once I finally gave her an ultimatum (send me the invoice to confirm booking or I will move onto another staffing company) she sent me packing, again blaming me for delaying the process. If only you could read our email correspondence, you would be appalled with her management of the business. \r \r I DO NOT recommend this company. Please look into other local options. more

Best Staffing Company in Ft lauderdale 7/8/2011

I've been a caterer for ten years, and just started using Tristar several months ago. They have done at least a dozen events for me from small gatherings to a luncheon for over two hundred guests. more
