The worst customer service ever. I contacted Tristar for my wedding 4 months in advance and was given the run around regarding confirming and booking the waitstaff. Victoria has no customer service skills and constantly blamed me for the miscommunications, contradicting herself on multiple occasions, and missing deadlines that she promised to meet. Once I finally gave her an ultimatum (send me the invoice to confirm booking or I will move onto another staffing company) she sent me packing, again blaming me for delaying the process. If only you could read our email correspondence, you would be appalled with her management of the business. \r
