By that I mean it’s all about balance. I try to instill this in my clients, friends, and everyone I meet. In my many years of racing, I’ve learned that you have to commit to giving 100% during training. On the flip side, take it easy and rest when the training schedule dictates or when your body dictates. Achieving balance is the name of the game, with workouts as well as in everyday life.
