I had to call advisor twice when he promised to call me back in a few minutes- the first time was 3 hours and the next 2 hours. Svc Manager was then going to call Hyundai on tire concern losing air (mentioned at all 3 services since bought new) and call me back the following Mon/Tues (picked up car on Sat 12/7) with next steps. Never did. I finally called today (Fri 12/13) to check and left message. Have not heard back. Poorest customer svc/call backs ever experienced at any dealership. All 4 tires continue to lose air causing dash lite to come on every 60-90 days which svc mgr states is normal due to drop in temp. Strange- living in FL and my other 3 vehicles maintain tire psi as have all of my others since living here. If normal- do ALL Hyundai's require adding air to tires EVERY 60-90 days? Really??? I don't think so.
This dealer went from providing one of the very BEST delivery experiences when purchasing to the absolute poorest service after the sale. Lost a service customer for good; based on this past visit I doubt they'll even notice.
