I have used all of the services at this facility. They are wonderful. They are very attentive to my dogs. I would not even consider any other facility. These folks care.

My dog was hurt at this place and the farmer/owner seemed as if she could care less and didn't want to listen to me. It does not seem like the dogs are taken care of very well bec...

I will never Take my dog here again when we picked her up she was bleeding from her nails all of her nails where ground into the quick. When I called to complain i was told its not her problem she just releases the dogs when I asked to speak to the manager and i told her my issues she said i would have to wait till Wednesday to speak with the groomer they act as if they are only there collecting a pay check and don't care about my dog and to send her home with blood on her is unacceptable. I don't feel safe sending my dog there at all more

Great place 10/3/2011

My dog has been boarding with Tracy for 8 years. We have never had a problem. Sam loves to go there, wags his tail each time we drive in. The grooming is great, reasonable pricing with friendly, caring staff. I know for a fact that Tracy makes SURE no dogs come in contact with other dogs (unless they are from the same family - then they can board and have playtimes together). We have also used daycare, and all the dogs are watched and played with - small or timid dogs in one area - large dogs in another. Sam loves the kiddie pool and toys. ALL the daycare dogs must get along!! Aggressive dogs are NOT allowed! We love Tracy's and wouldn't take our Sammy anywhere else. more

Scary and unsafe place for dogs 6/1/2011

My dog was hurt at this place and the farmer/owner seemed as if she could care less and didn't want to listen to me. It does not seem like the dogs are taken care of very well because when I get him back he has scratches/nips and has feces in his fur. Makes me think this farm girl just lets the dogs take care of themselves. I hear they also have daycare there and that is scary stuff! I don't feel like dogs are safe or cared for here so I thought I should tell anyone who reads this. more
