I will never Take my dog here again when we picked her up she was bleeding from her nails all of her nails where ground into the quick. When I called to complain i was told its not her problem she just releases the dogs when I asked to speak to the manager and i told her my issues she said i would have to wait till Wednesday to speak with the groomer they act as if they are only there collecting a pay check and don't care about my dog and to send her home with blood on her is unacceptable. I don't feel safe sending my dog there at all
