I am very happy I chose Tower Auto to buy my car. Richard Plummer was my salesman and he was fantastic. In the past, I haven't liked going to look for cars because of the ""sleazy"" type salesmen you encounter. Richard is the total opposite of that. He was so personable and helpful and found the perfect car for me. The other people I worked with were also wonderful. The financial guy (sorry I can't remember his name) was beyond helpful. he went beyond what he needed to do in helping me. I would recommend Tower Auto Sales to anyone looking to buy a car and having a great experience. more

Bought a nice BMW from this dealer ship and didn't have a problem with them. They found me a bank with low APR and set everything up for me so i didn't have to go out of my way. Looking forward to doing more business with you in the future more

ME AND MY MOTHER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE. SCOTT WAS VERY HELPFULL. COSTUMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. WE TOLD SCOTT WHAT WE WANTED, HOW MUCH WE WANTED TO SPEND AND WHAT WE WANTED TO PUT DOWN. Being close to impossible to get financed due to my career, they were so helpful and honest to get me in a car that will work for me, for the right price. I will recommend to anyone with zero experience with buying cars. They educate you on whats right and whats wrong and genuinely steer you in the right direction! more

I found Eric,my sales rep to be courteous and helpful.I really liked how the manager looked me in the eye when talking to me. I found him to be very pleasant ,personable and he seemed to be genuine. Richie P. is one of the most up front and honest car salesman around. My deal was, no haggle....to the point.....quick and easy. I went in at night, was financed on my first car loan (not car) ever by 10 am the next morning. I went in, signed the papers and was out within 45 mins. This guy is fantastic. Dealing mostly with new car dealerships, on vehicles I've had, was a headache. I would definitely recommend this lot as well as the helpful and friendly staff, to anyone who is on the market. I will be back when the timing is right. Thank you Richie! more

I had been to many dealerships over the last 4 months in search for a car for my mother. She test drove many vehicles to find the one that best suited her needs and I was pleasantly surprised that she found her car a Tower. I had not seen my mother that excited about a car until she test drove the car she purchased at Tower. Richard Plummer said to her, ""I believe the person dosen't find the car, the car finds the person"". Well I think Richard was right, it was great to have that kind of encouragement in making an important financial decision. My mother was very impressed by her experience when she picked up her car, she said Richard was very patient with her and explained the many new features this car had to offer. He also invited her back if she had any additional questions or concerns. Thank you for making this a purchase an enjoyable experience for us. more
