I found Eric,my sales rep to be courteous and helpful.I really liked how the manager looked me in the eye when talking to me. I found him to be very pleasant ,personable and he seemed to be genuine. They wanted my business and treated me accordingly. I would definitely look at TOWER the next time i'm shopping for a vehicle
