Great work. Needed to add lights to my dark apartment but found out it wasn't a simple process because my ceilings were cement. Heard about THIS from my building and decided to try them out. All I did was tell them what I wanted done, they quickly gave me a quote I was comfortable with. The installation began less than a week later and all took place while I was at work. Other than the new light fixtures, you could barely tell anyone was even in the place. Not having to be bothered with almost any of it was worth every penny. I'm sure I'll get more work done by them in the future. more

THIS came recommended to me by a celebrity friend of mine (whose name I will keep anonymous) who had used them for a large project in their amazing condo on the UWS. I hired them to install motorized shades in my much more modest apartment in midtown. The work I had done was a fraction of what my friend had done, but even with my relatively small project, THIS was incredibly responsive and treated me and my job as if I was spending hundreds of thousands of dollars. Total Home did a kitchen and bath remodel for me, as well as outfitted all my windows with remote controlled solar and black-out shades and I have to say they are the best! Everyone I dealt with, from the electrician to the plumber to the head foreman were extremely professional and courteous during the entire 3 weeks it took to complete the project. George from THIS is a phenomenal contractor. Not only is he highly skilled, careful and detail oriented, but he is also incredibly honest and hard working. He would come pretty much everyday to check on his crews progress and the quality of their work and would provide me with updates on the status of the project. He was like part of the family by the time all the work was done! Thanks to him everything was done right the first time. more

We got quotes from 4 different contractors for a laundry list of work we needed to have done in our apartment. Total Home was definitely not the cheapest of the contractors we met with, but they also were not the most expensive of the 4 either. And although we were on a fairly limited budget, we felt the most comfortable with Reuven and George from THIS, especially since they have an office in our building (The Rushmore) and know the building inside and out. I love showing off my new motorized shades every chance I get! more

After moving into my new apartment, I realized that there was not very much lighting. I have trouble with my vision and the low lighting in the aparment strained my eyes. My neighbor recently had her lights done by THIS CO, and i really liked what I saw. I decided to use THIS CO to do the lighting in my entire apartment. They did a great job and now my apartments looks amazing. more

I hired THIS co to renovate my bathroom in my new apartment. They had a great selection of products and options and made me feel like nothing couldn't be accomplished. THIS Co. is true to its name. Having used many of their services, we were continually surprised at the consistently high level of professionalism, expertise & work product. Even with our short time frame, ~3.5 weeks, & multiple work projects, Reuven & his entire team delivered a stunning product on time! Shades ? Reuven?s crew guided us through the process ? measurement, materials suggestions & types of shades ? installation within 2 weeks. Closets ? Measurement, finish selection & closet design elements were discussed, in 2 days drawings & installation within 2 weeks. Construction/Electrical ? Words cannot describe George (THIS Co.?s main engineer/foreman) & his team's contribution to my apartment. Several walls/closets were taken down & one put up - this required precision demolition work, movement of electrical wires & then careful reconstruction work & replacement of floors. Soffits, for the shades, & lights for the closets were installed. Custom sconces & ceiling fixtures were also installed. Additionally, we had the apartment painted & two rooms wall-papered. Having a company like THIS Co. inside the building is also a testament to Extell's vision. All apartments require some personalization work before moving in. Having an in-the-building white-glove service that has access to appropriate materials (e.g., matching wood floors,) is able to fully provide services (e.g., closets, etc.) & work seamlessly with the management company (Penmark) truly elevates the meaning of a fully ?amenitized? building. All the amenities (e.g., La Palestra, kids playroom), common terraces & lobbies are stunning. The fixtures & design of the apartments & floors is well thought out.
