professionalism, courtesy and consideration 7/28/2011

Dean, the service manager at Tom Holzer, handled a difficult drivability issue with professionalism, courtesy and consideration. He kept me up to date on discussions with Ford Motor Company on how to fix the intermittant problem I experienced, he arranged for a service loaner, and he was supportive and empathetic throughout the whole process. Because of Dean, I will buy another Ford product and I will buy from Tom Holzer Ford. more

Jeremiah and the whole staff are very accommodating. I've bought 3 cars now, and may be buying a 4th quite soon. The main reason I chose to start doing business there is the fact that they outbid other dealers for the $$ paid for my trade in. I never lease, so that's my bargaining chip. more

As always, doing business at Tom Holzer Ford with my salesperson Steve Pennio is always a pleasant experience. Steve is the most pleasant, resourceful, and knowledgable salesperson and is always willing to make sure his customers are totally satisfied. Everyone at Tom Holzer Ford is always so pleasant and helpful, but Steve is the greatest salesperson in the automotive business with Steve and with Tom Holzer Ford. more

Christine was WONDERFUL!! 5/11/2011

Christine was WONDERFUL!! She allowed me to take delivery of my car on the day I went into the showroom but went the extra mile to pich up my car from work to have a remote starter installed while I was at work the very next day. She went above and beyond my expectations and I will buy all future cars from Tom Holzer simply because your sales people go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. more

Perfect Fit 3/30/2011

Working with Charles Clevenger at Tom Holzer Ford was a great decision! I was in the market for my first car purchase and when I told Charles what I was looking for and what would work for my lifestyle he found the perfect fit. I cannot say thank you enough for how he made the entire sales experience easy while being descriptive and following through!
