I received immediate attention 8/3/2010

I received immediate attention and cordial service. I dropped off my 2010 Ford Fusion during my lunch hour and although the courtesy shuttle was not available, Tom Holzer Ford ensured that I had transportation to get back to work on time. many thanks to all involved! more
