Worst service center ever. Also, I bought my car last February and it has depreciated already by 10K. I will never by a Hyundai again.

Great Service and Friendly Staff 4/1/2014

It is really easy to make an appointment online, I got in the next day at the time I wanted and was in and out in less than hour for an oil change. I was immediately greeted and they knew exactly who I was and why I was there when I pulled up. I filled out some papers (2 min max) then they walked me to the waiting room where tea and coffee were available. They also gave me a free car wash! more

We have enjoyed being treated like intellegent human beings. So far we have bought 1 new rig for us and a used one for our middle daughter. There was no haggleing at all I said what I wanted and they made it happen. more

Recall Repair 1/10/2014

There was a minor recall issue with my Genesis taken care of by Titus Will Hyundai. The online reservation process was quick and easy. They took care of me and I was back on the road quickly. Titus Will Hyundai has always taken care of me whenever I've had a service issue or question. Their service writer JT in particular has exemplary customer service skills. more
