It is really easy to make an appointment online, I got in the next day at the time I wanted and was in and out in less than hour for an oil change. I was immediately greeted and they knew exactly who I was and why I was there when I pulled up. I filled out some papers (2 min max) then they walked me to the waiting room where tea and coffee were available. They also gave me a free car wash!
