Good Deal 4/7/2008

I loved the irons. It was a lot of fun for me to test play Titan Clubs. I have not swung new clubs in many years, and really enjoyed the expierence. I kept the irons and hybrid and would have kept the woods too but I love my old woods too much to change. more

I found that the company was good to work with but the merchandise wasn't any better than what I'm used to playing. Probably not the right program for a 5 handicap. more

Loved the Program 4/4/2008

I participated this program from Titan and loved it I received the clubs, played with them, kept some, and returned the rest. I had no problem returning the clubs. Talked to customer service rep, gave my evaluation, and had UPS pick the clubs up few days later. Sorry to hear about the expierences of some people involved in the test play but I have to say that I liked the clubs, and when I did the evaluation I had no trouble with the company more

Decent Irons 4/4/2008

The free wedges were nice for taking part in the program. The clubs didn't really work for me but I had no problem doing the evaluation and sending them back. Overall, it was a good program and the irons weren't bad. more

Titan made it easy for me to get clubs in my hands. I participated in their test play and really liked the irons. When I called to give my evaluation, they offered me a great discount and instantly set up the return of the woods I didn't want. more

Helped my game 4/1/2008

I liked the clubs very much. I have never had custom clubs and was skeptical at first about what type of clubs I was going to receive. I was pleasantly surprised by the look and feel of the clubs. What was stressed to me by the Titan staff and then reinforced when I played with the clubs is that playing with a club that is built specifically to your length and flex can make a big difference in how you approach the ball and my ability to make really good contact with the ball. I would definitely recommend the test play. Pros: Improved comfort in swing Cons: Takes a few weeks more

Willing to Work With You 4/1/2008

My impression of the test play was O.K. I tested the clubs and was not as careful about reading the paperwork as I should have been. Did not originally want to keep the clubs but was offered a deal too good to pass up and decided that I was definitely happy with the final result. more

Fun For Ladies Too 4/1/2008

I'm only 5'3 and have always had problems hitting standard length and flex clubs. It wasn't until Titan specifically designed my custom fitting clubs that I noticed a difference in my game. I thought the clubs were fairly priced and decided to keep the driver and some irons. It was really easy to return the clubs I didn't want. more

clear things up 4/1/2008

I agreed to participate in the test play and like many other golfers was a bit skeptical as to why Titan would do something like this ""test play"", and would I be forced to keep the clubs if I didn't like them? Well I have to say that all of my fears and concerns were not necessary. I played with the clubs, gave them a fair test and just found they didn't fit me like my old clubs do. I called the company and gave them my evaluation and within 5 minutes was given my RMA number. The next day UPS came and picked up the clubs, I payed $12.95 once and Titan covered the return shipping. The representative I spoke with said that he was sorry that the clubs didn't work for me but he said that my evaluation was very valuable and that was the major reason why his company developed the test play program. I felt honored that a company actually cared about what I thought! Not only that but they did what they said they were going to do. I would be happy to talk to any golfer that has done the test play and have been recommending it to as many people as I can. more

Try before you buy was nice. I liked the product for the price. Delivery took a little long but that is understandable due to the process. Overall, I would recommend the clubs to an amateur golfer, Pros: Try before you buy, minimal upfront cost more

SCAM SCAM SCAM 3/23/2008

Do not do business with Titan Golf. Their telemarketing department will call and once the clubs are shipped, you cannot return them. They will charge your credit card ($1,100) before the 30 day Test is complete and you will not receive a RMA. We have sent complaints to the Upstate NY Business Bureau and the Office of the Attorney General in NY. Nice Clubs 3/10/2008

These clubs play better than anything I've ever purchased in a sporting goods store or pro shop. The custom fitting really did help to improve my ball striking and distance. I love the original look of the clubs. My playing partners noticed them instantly and were very impressed by the way I played. more

Fun Program 3/10/2008

When I received a call from Titan about their test play program, I was a bit skeptical. Once I talked with a golf specialist I could tell that they were for real and knew what they were doing. I decided to give their irons a shot and really loved how I was hitting them. Since I don't typically play my long irons, they let me substitute a hybrid which I had never used before. After playing a round with the clubs, I decided to keep the irons but I didn't really like the hybrid so they let me return it with no problem or pressure to buy it. It was a fun program and I got a great set of custom built irons for a very affordable price. more

Fun Retiree Activity 2/26/2008

I retired 4 years ago and picked up golf like so many others looking to fill that time after my career slowed down. Titan built the set of clubs tailored to me, something I had never experienced before. The look, quality, and way they performed surprised me. I thought they were going to be more of a gimmick type of deal. That was not the case, these clubs built to my height and golf game have helped me to see some improvement in my ability to make solid contact with the ball. I am 5?8 and have always used clubs that were too long. I highly recommend participating in the test play, especially if you are taller or shorter than average. more

They Even Do Alterations 2/26/2008

I participated in the test play program and once I received my clubs and played with them, I thought they felt a little too long. I called customer service and told them I liked the product but wanted them reshafted. I sent the clubs back and within a week or two I received them with the shaft alteration done to perfection. It was very easy and their representatives were very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. Pros: Knowledgable and helpful staff, willing to make changes for me more
