This is a total scam. Someone in my dorm worked here when I was in college. He quit after he found out about their shady policies and the manipulative tactics they use to convince people to try out their ""testing program"", which is really a try-before-you-buy program. If you end up buying their clubs, you'd never know it was a scam. However, if you decide not to buy them, they charge you anyways and the clubs are non-returnable. more

I agree with Kejohn! Titan golf is a scam - they cheated me out of $416.95! How are you getting your money back? How do I contact the FTC also? Cons: Salesman lied, sent when told not to, and would not refund! more

RIPOFF!! 9/30/2008

I was also ripped off by this company and to top it off they LIED to Discover Card and now Discover is standing behind the Merchant and will not re-fund my money. SO both Tiatan and Discover Card are on my Bad list!!! Does anyone know how to contact this company? if they exist anymore. All #'s are disconnected. I will try to contact the previos poster to see if they have had any success.\r \r Cons: SCAM!!! more

They Helped This Retired Lady 8/18/2008

I'm retired and play golf to keep me busy. I'm not that serious into the game but it still feels good to make some good shots. Custom built clubs really helped me. I could tell from the first time I used them that I was making better contact and actually hitting the ball in the air. Now I get excited to play and view golf as more than just exercise. more

Less Frustration 8/18/2008

My experience with Titan clubs was better than great. I found myself having more fun and being less frustrated while on the course. When I called back to give my evaluation and ask about keeping the clubs, they offered me a 15% discount even though I was willing to pay full price. I'll never need another set of clubs again. more

SCAMMERS 8/15/2008

The ""Test Play"" is a scam!!!! You agree to try the glubs and complete and evaluation. What they don't tell you is you agree to buy the merchandise when you find that you were satisfied with them. So, in your evaluation you say you liked the clubs then BAM they charge your card. Do NOT fall for this scam! Cons: Worst customer service ever more

So Accurate 7/25/2008

I have never had this kind of distance or been this accurate with fairway woods in my life. The hybrid is awesome too. The first time I used it during a round I put my ball within 3 feet from 185 yards. I was hooked right then. more

Definitely Worth It 7/16/2008

I was referred to Titan by a friend that did their test play and liked the clubs. When I took the clubs out I instantly started hitting straighter shots. I was very impressed and am now a firm believer in custom fitting. more

I Got Better 6/3/2008

There was nothing about these custom built clubs that I didn't like. My all around game improved. I get better distance off the tee and am considerably more accurate with my irons. I've never seen clubs that look or feel like these before. I get asked all the time what kind of clubs I play and I proudly tell people mine were custom built to my game by Titan. more

Get One Yourself 5/21/2008

My friend participated in Titan's test play and let me swing his driver at the range. It was incredible. I was hitting the ball farther and straighter than ever before. I called and got one made exactly like his and I'll probably never use another driver as long as I play golf. more

High Quality Components 5/14/2008

When I got my custom clubs, I was impressed by their appearance. All of the components seemed to be of great quality. The shafts were the perfect flex, the heads were an original color, and the grips matched well. When I played the clubs, the performance mirrored the appearance. I liked how the grips felt a little tacky which definitely helped me to hold onto the club without the use of a glove. I'm overly satisfied with the golf I play with Titan's clubs. more

Use Hybrids 5/14/2008

It seems to me that hybrids are the new fad in golf these days. I never really buy into any of that stuff but for whatever reason decided to give it a try. The 22 degree is perfect when hitting out of the rough, and I'm in there quite a bit. This has become my go to club when in trouble and even for a long fairway shot. In my opinion hybrids are great. I wish they offered more of them. more

My golf specialist was great 5/14/2008

I have played a few different brands of clubs and have a lot of buddies that like to sit around and talk about the game. I got to tell you that some of the things my golf specialist and I talked about were really interesting. The specialist and the company have some ideas about club building, different golfers swings, and the game itself that were new to me. I honestly enjoyed talking with him, but what really topped it off was near the end of the phone call I mentioned that I had some other guys from my group that would like to participate and because I was referring them, they gave me free head covers on top of getting the free driver. Solid knowledgeable staff, great test play idea, and awesome free gifts. more

Impress your Group 5/13/2008

I'm just a Sunday golfer with my husband, but it's nice to play a round under 95. Titan's test play allowed me to play better than before and even impress my husband a little. Now he seems excited when it's time to tee off because I can actually make good shots and a par here and there. He started to invite his friends and their wives to join our group and I think he might even be proud of how I play. These clubs are great and now I look at golf as something I can be good at as well as a way to spend time with family and friends. more

GET CUSTOM FIT!!! 5/13/2008

I never knew that shaft length on golf clubs could make that much of a difference. When I spoke with a golf specialist, they informed me that my measurements called for my clubs to be about 1 1/2 inches shorter than a club you would buy at a store. Even though I don't have a great swing, my ball striking vastly improved. I was amazed at how much better my all around game got with the right equipment. These clubs are awesome! more

Shaft Flex is Great for Long Game 5/13/2008

I got a senior flex on my clubs instead of the regular flex that I am used to playing. It worked wonders for my driver and fairway woods, but didn't do much for my iron game. I went through the evaluation process and sent the irons back. I thought they gave me a good price on the woods. Pros: Got me out and playing Cons: Iron shafts didn't suit me more

Worth Trying 5/12/2008

This program worth the time and cost of shipping. The free driver is pretty nice and the clubs felt like I didn't have to reach to make good contact. They also helped me to become more comfortable from about 50 yards and in. I've recommended the test play to a few friends and would do the same to anyone that asked me about it. more

Greatly Surprised 5/8/2008

As soon as I received my package, I went to the driving range. Much to my surprise, the first ball I teed up went about 230 yards, well above my average drive. It felt like I was hitting the ball on the screws every time, even with the irons. I only hope that they perform as well on the course. more
