Love These Great Irons 4/11/2008

The style of iron that was described to me was exactly what I received. The deep cavity back allowed me to feel exactly where I made contact on the club face and provided some forgiveness on mishits. I liked how they were weighted evenly from heel to toe. I know I have great fitting clubs, now I just need some help with my swing! more

Overall, I thought the clubs were pretty good. They did feel comfortable while swinging and I liked how the grips were a little tacky which helped to prevent the club from moving in my hands. I'll continue to play the hybrid, driver, and wedges. Pros: Easy and comfortable to grip and swing Cons: Weren't delivered on estimated date more

my test play 4/11/2008

To be honest I am not the best golfer, My short game was the problem, and sometimes still is. When I tried Titan Custom Golf's irons I was amazed! I put the ball were I wanted to on almost ever shot. I will not lie I wasn't crazy about the woods or the driver so i simply called the company and returned them. more

Flex Matters 4/10/2008

Being an amateur who usually buys in a store or pro shop, I didn't know that flex made much of a difference. The golf specialist that assisted me explained how switching to a more flexible shaft could help me gain some distance and also help my slice. I added 7 yards to my drive and have less of a slice than before. I really like my Titan woods. more

Nice Promotion 4/10/2008

The experience was fun, I have recently retired and it was a great time for me to do the play test on the Titan clubs. Since I had a fairly new set they weren't really for me, so I gave them the phone evaluation and returned them. The free wedges are nice to have on the course. more

The Right Clubs 4/9/2008

Titan Golf has mastered the process of club fitting. I would highly recommend their test play to anyone interested in playing better golf. I test played a full set of clubs and found that custom fit clubs really compliment my swing. These are excellent clubs. more

my wedges 4/9/2008

As a free gift for trying out their golf clubs I got a free set of wedges. They are great, they found a place in my bag. The set of clubs didn't really improve my golf game so I returned them. I thought the program was a great experience and for just 13 bucks I got some great wedges. more

Quite Impressed 4/9/2008

Titan's clubs did more for me than I expected. I liked that they changed the shaft flex to help my game now and as I continue to age. I did lose about 5 yards on my drive, but that's a small sacrifice to make because my hook is now virtually gone. more

I was Wowed 4/9/2008

I really loved the clubs, especially the driver. I was pleasantly surprised because I always played top of the line expensive clubs that I bought off a shelf and did not think the quality would be as good and like I said I was very satisfied. The shaft length was perfect, and I think that was huge because I have made the best contact with the ball ever. Pros: Custom Fitting more

I play Pings but when they offered to build me a driver to test out I thought it couldn't hurt. Heck if any club can improve my game I am willing to give it a go. I gained not only an attractive club but 15 yards. I normally hook the ball but after adjusting to the new club, I was straighter than an arrow. Take the test, you have nothing to loose but strokes. more

Helped My Golf 4/8/2008

I thought the program was great. It took about three weeks to get my clubs and I was excited to see if the custom fitting really made a difference. When I compared Titan clubs against my own, there was an obvious improvement in contact and distance. I really like my new driver and woods. more

Easy and Enjoyable 4/8/2008

When Titan called me I was a bit skeptical. I checked out some background information and decided to give it a try. For only $12.95 I tested a driver and irons and thought they did a great job building them. They were nice clubs and I decided to the irons and return the driver. They told me since I liked the irons so much I could keep the driver for free. I had a good experience with the company and its staff. Pros: Willing to assist customer Cons: Delivery can be prolonged if you're not available more

Sounds like the guy below didn?t give an honest evaluation of the merchandise. I called after my first round, and knew the flex was a little too stiff. Titan offered to re-shaft my clubs for free. When I got them back my stroke felt a lot smoother. These guys definitely know how to build clubs. more

Most of these reviews are fake. I am not sure why a company would go out of their way to fool you with fake testimonials unless they knew that they were a bunch of scam artists. Here is how Titan will Scam you. \r 1. Promise to send a free club if you try their cust golf clubs \r 2. You give credit card to allow shipping (once you get to this point your are screwed)\r 3. They send the clubs and you try out the clubs\r 4. You call back and say you would like to send back the clubs\r 5. They ask two questions a) how many times did you swing the clubs and b) did you think they were any good. \r 6. You say you swung a club more than once - they say that on your invoice there is a clause that says you swing more than once then you have consented to buying them. \r 7. You say that the clubs were good. They hold you to that statement. \r 8. You will not be able to send back clubs and they charge your credit card for $1200 \r \r Stay away. I did the test play and had a really good experience with the driver and the woods. The irons on the other hand just didn't perform as well as what I am currently using. I called and gave them my evaluation and was able to return the irons. Titan custom golf would have a hard time getting back the driver and the woods. But what was so surprising to me was that they offered me a discount on the clubs I wanted to keep seeing how I would have gladly payed full price. This is a stand up company and would recommend them and their test play to any golfer. Feel free to contact me with any questions. more

I would recommend this program to anyone who is taller or shorter than average. The program gave me a fair chance at playing my best golf with clubs that were designed specifically for me. My golf specialist did a thorough job of finding out exactly how I play golf and all the small details. I love my clubs and have noticed an improvement in my all around game. more

Custom is Awesome 4/7/2008

The custom fitting definitely made a difference in my game. I kept the driver and irons, and hybrid. The program was very low risk with an upfront cost of only $12.95. The cost of the clubs after the test play was very good for the quality of the product. more
